We are looking for talents with the following profile.
Job Title: Manager – Production
Qualification: Any science graduate or postgraduat
e in Food Technology / Microbiology / Pharmacy / Chemistry
Experience: 10 – 12 years (preferably from pharma or food manufacturing industry)
Desired Skills:
-
To organize and oversee manufacturing of goods and will responsible for smooth running of all production lines.

Ensure the quality of output is maintained based on quality standards
-
Manpower handling and on the job training of technical staff and operators
-
Coordinating for process validations, cleaning Validation, Equipment validation, AHU validation and its document preparation
-
Manage and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), BPR and other relevant documents relating to GMP, FSSC and QMS system.
-
Monitor production
-
Proficient in MS-office and ERP
-
Validation and upgradation of SOP’s as and when required
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills
